for the sake of transparency

some of you missed work.  some of you are not editing work.  most of you have not told me your orientation date, which is kind of like not doing an assignment.  and some of you are handing in work late or with a bunch of excuses.  i just want you to see our weekly assessment reports of you and let you know 1.  how often you are assessed (daily and weekly in a more official way); 2.  what kinds of comments are being asked or made; and 3. how important it is that you take this as an OPPORTUNITY to prove that that special something we saw in you is something you are willing to work with and for.

  2. martin,

i was really impressed with your question during the lecture--about how small the objects in study are to see. that was a really "literary" question to ask since the parts of language are too small to see. are you starting to see literary connections to "non literary" subjects?

we want you to see art processes in untraditional art subjects.
