So even though this is presented in a semi-humorous way i think he actually has a point here because what is some one suppose to do in this situation. In A mall not to far from my house called North Riverside Mall has a bathroom like the one he was talking about congress making. but it is called a family or communal bathroom where there is a toilet device that every one from the handicap, short, and transgendered/sexual can use privately.
